Your Safety is Our Priority
We follow a strict list of safety protocols to ensure your home is safe before you move-in, or after you move-out. All of our staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning, and we make sure high-touch surfaces like door knobs, light switches, countertops, etc are disinfected after cleaning them with a Health-Canada approved disinfectant approved for use against COVID-19. Our staff always sanitize their hands prior to entering your home, and everything they touch (mop handles, vacuum handles, tote handles, etc.) will be disinfected prior to entering. Our services are completely contactless, so you don’t have to have any interaction with your cleaning team. But if you want to be home, we will always maintain social distancing and stay 6 feet away at minimum.

At No More Chores our goal is to provide the best move cleaning possible. To work our magic, the property should be empty. However we understand some homes are still furnished for staging and showings.
No absolutely not. All we need is a way to get inside the property. ou can leave us a key (for example in a lockbox), leave your door unlocked, or have someone let us in. For condos/apartment buildings please let your doorman/security know were coming, as many buildings have strict rules about who they let in.
Yes! You don’t have to worry about stocking any cleaning products or equipment. They are included!
Yes our teams carry full liability insurance. If you need proof of insurance please contact us and will gladly provide you with relevant documentation.
Of course. Once your service is booked, a pre-authorization is placed on your credit card prior to service commencing. Once we finish and we’ve confirmed you’re 100% happy, we’ll charge your credit card and send a receipt instantly. We will also gladly send a copy of the receipt to your property manager or landlord, just contact us.
Yes we do not perform the following services.
- Wet wiping light bulbs, due to risk of breakage.
- Cleaning of walls and ceilings
- Cleaning of hoarding situations, high levels of trash/debris
- Cleaning of bodily fluids, heavy mold, toys, pet waste or other bio-hazards
- Heavy lifting or move items 25 pounds or more (Safety and insurance requirements)
- Stepping higher than 3 steps on a ladder (Safety and insurance requirements)
No More Chores has one of the lowest staff attrition rates in our industry. On average staff working for No More Chores stay over 3 years and have cleaned over 500 homes.
Depending on the size of the home you can expect 1-2 people, and sometimes extra team members come when needed.
Generally our move-in move-out checklist is more than sufficient for cleaning a home completely. However some customers do like to add interior windows, balcony sweep/mop, and wet wiping of blinds as extras.
The sooner you book with us the better since our schedule fills up fast. At least 24 hours notice is appreciated however we do offer same day cleaning services if we have staff available. Please call us to see if we are able to accommodate your request.
Move cleans are some of the most challenging services to provide as a cleaning company.

In saying above, we do require the following from customers who book a move in move out cleaning:
While you don’t need to be a the property yourself, someone will need to give us access whether it’s leaving the key in a lockbox, having a relative or friend let us in, or putting the key in a secret place.
In a perfect world there would be plentiful parking and it would be hassle free. In the majority of cases parking does not pose an issue. However if you are booking a cleaning in downtown areas or condos with limited parking we ask that you assist us with the parking situation by providing instructions about where to park for reasonable cost.
Running water and electricity
All services provided by No More Chores require electricity and running water.
If there is no power or hot water available we may need to reschedule at an additional cost.
We try very to make sure our staff show-up without exception. It’s on the reasons we have such a great reputation! When we are forced to reschedule or postpone unexpectedly this represents a loss of income to our staff. It’s why we may charge a last-minute rescheduling free in the event that we are unable to start the job as planned.
Our move cleans cannot be completed properly if there is still work on-going on the property. It’s impossible to clean while there are still tradesmen doing their work while we are doing ours. If you have plumbers, painters or any other tradespeople schedule to be at the property we ask that you schedule them before our work has been finished.
