Do I have to be home?

No absolutely not. All we need is a way to get inside the property.  ou can leave us a key (for example in a lockbox), leave your door unlocked, or have someone let us in. For condos/apartment buildings please let your doorman/security know were coming, as many buildings have strict rules about who they let in.

What Covid19 precautions are you taking?

How many people will come to clean my house?

Depending on the size of the home you can expect 1 or 2 people, and sometimes extra team members come when needed for larger homes and deep cleans. We are unable to promise a specific number of cleaners.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

We sure do! Does a plumber expect you to provide a wrench? Of course not. Unlike most companies who will ask you to extra spend money on their cleaning supplies, our goal is a hassle-free cleaning so our service includes professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment for no extra charge.
