How do I book my first appointment?

Just visit our booking page and tell us a bit about your home, what services you’d like, and a credit card to hold your booking. We won’t charge you until after your cleaning. 

What areas do you serve?

We serve clientele in Toronto and the surrounding area. If you’re located outside the GTA please contact us directly so we can determine availability.

What is included in a cleaning?

Plenty! And we have extras services available if you’d like a deeper cleaning. Please see our list of services on our pricing page.

Do you clean on weekends?

We’re available 7 days a week!

Is there any other way to book a cleaning?

You bet. In addition to online booking, you can also call Customer Service Team at 416-272-6683 or email us [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

You can cancel or change your appointment any time. You can email us [email protected] or Login to your account. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time you will be charged at $50 fee.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

Quite simply, if you’re unsatisfied with your cleaning – let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right.

Does No More Chores provide all the equipment and supplies?

Yes! We provide everything so you don’t need to worry about supplying anything. If you prefer that we do use your vacuum or supplies, no problem! Just let us know when making your booking.

Pricing and Policies

How much are your cleanings?

We offer flat rate pricing for all cleanings. We are priced very affordably compared to most cleaning companies, please see our pricing guide for detailed information.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes. We need your payment card information to make an appointment, but you will not be charged until your cleaning is completed.

What is included in a move in / out cleaning?

Whether you’re moving into a house or moving out, we’ve got you covered. Our move in/out service provides cleaning for interior cabinetry, oven, and refrigerator.

What if I need to change or cancel a booking?

You can cancel or change your appointment any time by Logging into your account or emailing [email protected]

Note: If the change or cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time, a $50 fee will apply.

Do you have a referral program?

We absolutely reward our loyal customers! When you refer a customer to No More Chores, they will get $25 off their next cleaning and you’ll get $25 off your next cleaning too.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaning staff have been screened and interviewed in-person. We vet our professionals to ensure your safety comes first.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Just send us an email to services@nomorechorescanada.com and one of customer service staff will get back to you promptly. You can also call us 416-272-6683.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We do store any credit card numbers and our website is protected 100% by a Secure Socket Layer (SLL) security certificate that guarantees your credit card information is safe. Our credit card processor is powered by Stripe, which is PCI-certified and utilizes AES-256 encryption.

How do I create a No More Chores account?

When you book your first cleaning, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions about how to create an account.

Where do I manage my account?

You can login to manage your account by clicking Login on the top right of our website.

Here you can book appointments, change your password, change or cancel bookings, change your address, and update your credit card.
