The cleaner arrived exactly at the start of the appointment window. At the start of the appoint she made sure I was comfortable with the cleaning products she would be using. She asked if there were any areas of my apartment that I want her to focus on. At my request, I asked to have behind the oven and stove cleaned - which was a heavy-duty job as those areas haven't been cleaned in a few years. I was very happy with how well she was able to clean the problem areas of my apartment. Overall she did an excellent job. At the end of the cleaning, she asked me if I wanted to look around to make sure that I was happy with the cleaning she provided before she left.

A professional and courteous service from start to finish. We hired No More Chores to clean rental condo. The schedule was tight in between tenants, but No More Chores were available on short notice and flexible when we needed to delay for a day. The crew arrived as planned, and did very good job. I was particularly impressed how well appliances were cleaned, because this is usually a weak point of cleaning companies. I highly recommend using No More Chores. It was a pleasure to deal with them and their cleaning staff are extremely thorough. Scheduling the appt was very simple, efficient and they were able to accommodate my schedule by slotting me into my preferred date and time. The cleaner was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning my condo. How thorough are they? I've been prepping my bathroom for painting this past week and had used wall filler to cover up a few holes (and I was a little messy with it). The cleaner removed the excess filler from the wall. Seriously, who does that??? My place is now sparkling, but I particularly found that extra touch in the bathroom to be taking cleaning to the next level. I will certainly be using No More Chores for all my cleaning needs going forward.

Totally Disappointed. Particularly with the price they charged. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews And I have never left one, cause sometimes there might be a misunderstanding or they might simply be not having a good day. But I’m really willing to bend the rule this time. And here’s what happened. My condo apartment has only one bedroom, really not big, and I paid 400 for a move-in clean and they sent two ladies who were completely unable to communicate in English, made no response to my greetings, and one of them was on her phone asked her friend to translate whatever I’m saying. They made no response to the questions I asked such as how long until finish, and they were just talking in their own language and kind of shaking head and shrugging shoulders. You can really tell if a person is unable to fluently communicate or if she’s just not being friendly. Their 2-men team was not efficient and extremely understaffed! And they did not inform me that their service can take up to 8.5 hours! I have waited around for 4 hours not knowing that! (I had cleaning service before and they sent a 5-men team for a similar sized apartment which was done in 1 hour so I knew this one was REALLY understaffed!) I really wouldn’t mind if the service was done as well as expected! But unfortunately no. Dust were all over the floor. The molds across the shower floor were like untouched. And stains on the wall were still there. I paid for windows cleaning and balcony wipe but the windows and my balcony were completely Untouched! Overall, the cleaning team just doesn’t look professional to me at all! Their service is terribly over priced. I’ve trusted their review but I think I have definitely made a mistake! I really don’t wanna address the name of the cleaners, and judging by all the good reviews I’d say they definitely have some good employees. But I don’t think the service I received is anywhere close to satisfied.

This is the best cleaning service in the city of Toronto. I have been operating short term rental apartments for over 3 years now, and have tried multiple options until I came across NMC. I have now been working with them for close to a year now and my only wish is that I find a time machine so I could have started using them from day one! We had a guest cancel at short notice, and another book immediately, leaving us with only a few hours to get the property turned around. We had used No More Chores previously and were so happy with their work, so when we sold our house we knew we would hire them again to clean it after we moved it. They were fantastic yet again! The house literally sparkled after they finished. It looks better than new and is now ready for the new owners. They didn’t miss a thing and cleaned the house from top to bottom. In addition to all of the regular areas they also cleaned all of the baseboards, blinds, windows, inside all of the cabinets and thoroughly cleaned the appliances. We were so impressed from start to finish! Mike and his team are so friendly, helpful and very professional! I would highly recommend No More Chores for any cleaning job!

I don't usually use professional cleaning companies because of the horror stories I have heard but after reading their reviews I called no more chores for a regular cleaning. The team was efficient and did an amazing job cleaning my place. I had a little confusion with the pricing but Mike was very patient and courteous and cleared the misunderstanding. It is a bit on the pricey side for me but if I could afford it, I would definitely stick to the company on a long term basis.

Had an excellent experience with this company. Found them online and read the great reviews. Called into the office and spoke to a helpful lady named Grace who answered all my questions. Booked the service via their website, and it was quick and user friendly. The cleaners were late to their scheduled arrival time, but Mike helped sort the situation out. The 2 cleaning ladies were professional and did a meticulous job. Overall I’m very happy with their services, I would highly recommend them.
